About the Estate
Tustin Estate is located on the north of the Old Kent Road and west of Ilderton Road. As well as being home to Pilgrims’ Way Primary School, it's made up of three towers, six low rise blocks, and a number of businesses fronting onto the Old Kent Road.
The tenants and residents’ group for the Tustin Estate is called the Tustin Community Association (TCA). They have been established for several years and work to behalf residents on many issues.
Mission
The Tustin Estate website aims to keep residents informed about the upcoming projects and events with a commitment to enhance and strengthen the community. We are a community-driven team that aims to provide up-to-date and accurate information, that is easily accessible to all.
We aim to be a hub of knowledge to our local residents focusing on creating legacy, learning from our histories and providing opportunities for all in an intergenerational way.

Our vision for Tustin Estate is to be able to come together as a vibrant community and create a harmonious environment for all residents and visitors.
