About Us
Tustin Estate is located to the North of Old Kent Road and West of Ilderton Road in London. As well as being home to Pilgrims’ Way Primary School it comprises of three towers, six low rise blocks and a number of businesses fronting onto Old Kent Road.
Rebuilding Tustin Estate
In 2021, residents voted in favour of demolishing and rebuilding the low rise buildings in a residents’ ballot. This will deliver new homes, a replacement school and new commercial spaces. This process has provided many opportunities for residents to contribute to the transformation of the neighbourhood.
